This spray, applied before deodorant, helps with the tender areas of the armpit that can chaff. Helps with reactions to deoderant as well. Can be sprayed then rubbed into aching joints as well.

Wow... I am so happy that I have learned about Magnesium oil and the DEFICIENCIES WE ALL HAVE. I am anemic... Like most women in their mid 30's and I have been suffering from THINNING hair and receding gums. Nothing drastic but I see it. I decided to try the magnesium oil spray for overall health... I have used it for a few days and others have noticed a difference in me! I feel like the dark cloud that has been stalking me since 8th grade has dissipated! Poof... Gone! I never said anything to anyone.... I FEEL better and it shows! I also did some research on the benefits of using the magnesium oil for thinning hair.... I have been spraying it on my scalp and hair the past few days... On clean damp hair and guess what... My hair is no longer falling out! I thought I was surely going to go completely bald with the amount of hair that would be in my brush and in the drain after a wash. After 3 days of spraying 8 sprays on my scalp/hair... ITS NOT FALLING OUT! It does sting a little but its safe to use on your scalp. I got the idea from a woman that made a tutorial on YouTube about how she used magnesium oil on her scalp and it stopped her hair thinning and started growing back thicker! My hair has stopped falling out! Hopefully it grows back thicker but if it just stops falling out... I AM TRULY BLESSED! All you can do is try... Get your magnesium oil for your overall HEALTH... THAT IS ALL THAT TRULY MATTERS!

Overall I’d really love to give this product five stars it takes away my leg pains just as well as any other topical pain relief cream and quite honestly it prevents me from taking any Tylenol or ibuprofen more often than not. The main reason I decided to try this product is because it’s a lot safer and I feel way more comfortable using it! That being said Unfortunately every single time I use the product I get a tingly, itchy type burning sensation, nothing too intense to the point that I would stop using it, it’s just that I’ve tried a lot of things and can’t seem to stop that from happening anytime I use it! I’ve tried applying coconut oil first to the area where I use the spray, I’ve tried mixing it with unscented lotion, I’ve also tried just spraying it to a damp cloth and applying the cloth to the area, I just still get that feeling unfortunately! ***UPDATE*** I learned the tingly, burning, itching feeling comes from being low in magnesium. If you are not alone, magnesium, this does not occur!! Take a really good well research supplement for a while first before you buy the spray or simply only apply it to the bottoms of your feet, and this will not happen to you.

It really works. It’s a great product. I would buy it again.

A lot of the reviews are those using this before sleep. I use it for post-workout, on days I'm sore. I also use it pre-workout, on days I'm sore from a previous day workout. I put it on about 20-30 minutes before and it takes the edge off my sore muscles. I have used it on my feet, for the times they've been sore and was surprised it helped. I have not had any issue with itching and/or pain from it. I spray it on, rub it in. It absorbs right away; no greasy feeling so (for me) no need to wash off after applying.

Should this sting? I feel like I just put acid on my legs.

Love this product! I use it every night prior to going to bed. Spray on bottom of feet, rub in and put socks on. After a week, I felt better; abdominal bloating was starting to decrease, sleeping through the night and not waking up groggy. Great product.

This stuff is game changer! I suffer from severe leg cramps, my fault because I don’t drink enough water, but two sprays of this, and my cramps are instantly gone. My friend has uncontrollable hand contractures. Her hand literally has to be pried open. I gave some of this to her to see if it would help, and her hand released and opened up. This is truly a miracle drug.
