Had to break the bottle lid to get open bc the child proof cap is defective. Haven't had any problems until now with the new packaging label being changed and apparently the bottle too, for the worst. Update: The company reached out and gave me a full refund, without them asking me to change my review. With this- i voluntarily felt they deserved a change in my review to 5 stars bc i felt there customer service alone went above my expectations. And i really do love these as a product above all. So, i will continue to purchase these! Im sure they are already working on changing there packaging issue- Since there were others like me having the same problem.

Normally I only write reviews about products that really impress me in every category. We just finished our first bottle. All I can say is that our daughter likes the flavor... The reason I'm here is that Mav sent us a number to text for a chance to "win" a free bottle of gummies. You have to put in your order number from Amazon, so I figured it was something to reward repeat customers. Well, surprise! Last step was I had to leave a review and text them a screenshot of it. Now I'm dunious of all the 5 star ratings! I know this is against the rules on a certain popular app to rate restaurants, etc. Maybe it is on Amazon too? Anyways... I can tell you in all honesty that our kid loves the taste of the gummies, and she almost never forgets to ask for them at night! (she's six)

They smell awesome, and they taste good. They are very chewy as far as gummies go... but they do NOT stick to your teeth.. which is good. We haven’t noticed any change in gut health as of yet but we are hopeful. The label is great and provides dosing info for different ages. The only reason I give 4 stars and not 5 is because the gummies themselves look a bit different than the photo.. shape and color. The actual gummies are a dark pink opaque, whereas the photos look transparent red... I feel they have photographed a different product and I’m not sure why that would be. Maybe it’s just a change in formula? Either way. The photos are a tad misleading as to what you will receive.

My son loved them! Unfortunately, the lid was stuck.. we tried and tried to get it open.. then it broke off.. so I had to put them in a bag & now they are hard for him to chew... so he won't take then anymore... the ones he did eat, really helped with his belly issues! No complaints of bellyaches, or constpation!

Great product. Helpful in correcting my son’s constipation issues. ETA (edited to add). I participated in the "Text to get a free bottle" as advertised on top of the bottle I received. I entered the code I received and the bottle is "almost free". It reduced the price to $.15 plus $.01 tax. Yes, seriously, I ended up paying $.16 for the bottle, though it was advertised as free. Because I like the probiotic and it works for us, I went ahead and ordered it. I'm disappointed though. The charge against my card cost more than that.
