Best collagen supplement I've tried, and continue to use over the last 6 years. 60+ female, I've seen major improvement in joint, ligament and tendon issues from auto vs bike accident in 1999, plus noticeable improvement in skin appearance, and hair and nail growth! Sometimes I space out use of this product because it makes my nails grow so fast! My late father was given this product in the hospital after 2 knee replacements in his 70's, he noticed an overall improvement in his aches & pains. 10/10 recommend this product, only "negative" is the Mango flavor did not work for me, Cherry Flavor is fantastic!!!

I love it been taking about a year. You will have to cut your hair and nails often,at least this happened with mine. Great product

The taste is (for me) is bad;(it’s hard to get down). I didn’t see any evidence of it working but;may work for someone else!
