I don't know how many insulated lunch bags I've tried over the years - garish colours, too big, too small, no shoulder strap, grab handles too long - but I think my search has ended with buying the Black 7l bag! It'll easily hold sandwiches or a salad, a piece of fruit, a can (and a little more), plus you have mesh pockets at each end for, say, a water bottle. There's also a mesh pocket inside where you could keep cutlery or a small freezer pack, and although the pockets at the front and back of the bag are meant to be for storing the grab handles, they'll hold a tissue, lip balm, office security card etc too. And when you're not using it, it folds down to about a third of its full height (and you can then fasten both ends of the shoulder strap to one end of the bag and create a "wristlet" to carry it with. The only thing I would say is that my weak-ish, arthritic-y fingers found the clasps of the shoulder strap a little tough. Not impossible - I managed it on my second try- and you may of course decide to keep the shoulder strap attached. But I don't know if it would become a little easier the more you took the strap on and off? All in all, I think it's a fantastic lunch bag that meets all my requirements, and I would recommend it if you're looking for a smart, compact lunch bag.

Great lunch bag -this is my second one which i only got as had a really bad spill of dark cherries and yogurt in that one and I really struggled to get it all out like I had with other spills. Love the shoulder strap as helpful when out and about, and handles great too, I found it great to use in summer with an ice board. The size is great as I tend to carry lots of food to work and if out as I’m on slimming world. Would 110% recommend

I recently purchased, and I couldn't be more impressed. The insulation does an excellent job of keeping my food fresh and at the right temperature for hours. Whether it's keeping my sandwich cool or keeping my hot food warm. It’s functional & spacious enough to fit multiple containers and even some snacks, yet compact enough to carry around comfortably. Plus, the shoulder strap is adjustable, making it easy to carry when commuting. The bag is easy to clean, which is a big plus for me. Overall, it's a great product that has made my lunch routines more convenient. I highly recommend it to anyone in need of a reliable, well-insulated lunch bag!

Original feedback: I bought this moon sandwich bag, along with some other moon items (a small and large travel cup). Whilst I appreciate the company’s ethos of being sustainable (a reason I was prepared to pay a bit of a premium), and the thought / care that went into packaging, I was disappointed that 2 of the 3 items appear to have some slight defects. The stitching in the front of the bag appears to just be hanging out (see image). Whether this impacts how long the product is going to last, remains to be seen, but needless to say I’m disappointed. And the small cup looks to have a chip at the top, exposing the stainless steel. I tried to see if there was a way of contacting the seller directly to give feedback but going through the process on Amazon just gives me 2 options, refund or ‘all sorted, thanks’ and quite frankly I shouldn’t have to go through the hassle of going through the refund / return process. Alas, I thought some product feedback was the way to go. It’s a real shame because the design of all 3 products looks great, and seems robust/solid. Update 19/7: In fairness, seller has since been in contact to apologise and replace both items, fantastic customer service. As mentioned above, product looks great and feels robust.

I wanted to like MOON products so much but unfortunately this was not it. Pictured with my usual Pyrex glass lunch container (approx 800mLs), already a tight fit so would be hard to include additional snacks, fruit and drinks. The side pocket is not very sturdy for water bottles and looks silly. It is well made, but too small and a little expensive for me. Will be returning

This product was excellent in all features except it was not deep enough to hold a 750 ml water bottle either side. However I returned it with no issues.
