RV Slide-Out Awning Fabric

La toile est facile à tailler pour s'adapter à la largeur de l'extension du VR. Le plus difficile pour moi fut d'enlever l'ancienne toile mais une fois cette étape réalisée l'installation de la nouvelle toile fut très facile. Les plis causé par l'emballage ont complètement disparus après l'installation.

I used this product to replace the slide out awning on my 2006 rockwood forest river travel trailer. My trailer is 27 feet long with one slide out. The awning was worn out and shredded no longer doing its job. My husband and I took the old one out first. We cleaned the top of the slide out and also the tracks the new fabric would go into. We used the old tarp as a pattern and cut the new one to the proper width. We put the back and the front poly cords in and slid it over until it was in place. Installation was simple and the new awning looks and performs great! We did watch a video on the installation on you tube. It is very important to use an awl or a long thin screwdriver to hold the roller in place so the spring will keep its tension so it can wind itself up properly and work well after the installation. Dont forget this step. This took a relaxed hour to do.
