I red a book “Psychobiotics” and was looking for probiotics with the most strains After spending some time in Health Store reading every label, thats the one They have strains others dont provide But you still have to eat a lot of fermented food and take care of your health Its not Panacea : )

I'm happy with this product. I have always liked MRM products, so I decided to try this brand. I was using 50-100b but thought maybe they were a little 'too' strong, so I backed off and got these. I'll probably order them again to keep some consistency and I like that they don't have to be refrigerated. I would recommend trying. Everybody's body is different, so you just have to try to decide...good luck.
