I got it as a gift for my gf and she loved it and it makes a very good coffee

Now I am addicted to it, and can't start my day without having my morning shot from it. IMPORTANT: Follow the instructions in the manual for cleaning it the first time before using it.

I’m extremely disappointed with this purchase. The item arrived used and wasn’t even cleaned. it still had coffee residue inside. This is completely unacceptable

I use this for my partner and l’s morning coffee.. we get two x two shot long blacks from it … it’s the best coffee, I gave up on my Nespresso and now I use this instead .. loving it !
