I have several BOS items and have been happy with all of my purchases from them. These definitely help with wrist pain as you learn to use kettlebells. These are simple but a good value and work well. I haven't had any issues with durability and use them 1-2 times per week.

Perfect to protect your forearms. I was getting bruised up and stopped doing cleans for this reason. Glad i found these. They are snug and i have a fairly slim hand/wrist.

Some difficulty getting the one-size over my large hands but once on they were perfect! Nice and lite weight and also worked as good wrist supports. They worked perfectly for handling the Kettlebells and served their main purpose of providing comfortable forearm pressure with no soreness or bruising after workouts. Simple excellent product!

Great quality kettlebell wrist guards

As a baseball umpire, I'm a very big guy, and I was also a football player. This made me believe that I could take a beating and not be too hurt after being hit by a baseball. My fellow Umpires told me about these wrist guards and encouraged me to look into them after my first response was "No". After taking a Direct Pitch square off the wrist while umping a baseball game I took back my words and immediately after the game, I ordered these and they have been a Life Saver and a Game Changer for me on the baseball diamond. Soft and comfortable, but with lightweight 'hard' protection built in. So simple. Fits snug but can still shift (rotate) a bit during use. but easy to reposition. Feels good in use, especially as a nooby - No more bruising my skinny arms!

Great protection when using kettlebells. I have just added kettle bells to my fitness routine and these really help when learning proper technique. I have thin wrist and these are snug. May be an issue for fit on someone with large wrists. Only concern is the material they are made of. Seems light weight but time will tell how it will hold up. They are a longer wrist band with a protective plastic plate inside. They really make a difference when using kettlebells
