One of the best nutritional supplements for burning during sleep

Didn't see any noticeable results taking alongside regular training. Disrupted sleep patterns where I would fall asleep as normal but wake up 1-2 hours later similar as if I had caffeine late in the evening.

But not sure about the shred

Doesn’t help to sleep nor appetite suppressant

Doesnt work at all. 3rd day onwards my stomach was constipated. I am a person who drinks 7ltrs of water daily. Waste!

I have just used one bottle and haven’t really seen any significant effect I might try some other brand

for me, this has caused a lack of sleep. I have started to struggle with sleep whole night.

Looked good from reviews, sleep pattern never really changed much (Have fitbit) averaged 15 minutes longer in the month I tried it. Didnt lose no weight was excercising as normal.

So I am one of those strange people that did not feel all the good effects of this pill. I think it burns fat, I know it kills cravings but when capsaicin is involved it can be almost deadly for me. I did not realize this product has it… Not just tossing and turning some of the night but I was in pain, my stomach snd I had chest pain. I have to watch those having a heart condition. So even though this review might look like a bad one - I think it has powerful fat burning formula - my scale showed me a difference next morning after just 1 pill but I wish they did not have the version with capsaicin…

I’ve been using Night Shred consistently, and I’m honestly really impressed with how it fits into my nighttime routine. One of my favorite things about it is how easily it allows me to fall asleep no restlessness or wired feeling at all. I sleep comfortably through the night and wake up feeling refreshed instead of groggy. I also love that it supports my goals without disrupting my sleep, which was my biggest concern with a nighttime fat burner. It’s become something I actually look forward to taking because of how calm and refreshed I feel in the mornings. Overall, I’m extremely happy with this product and will definitely continue using it.
