I purchased this Samsung charger less than a month ago, and unfortunately, it has been faulty from the beginning. Sometimes it charges, and sometimes it doesn’t, which makes it unreliable. As an Amazon Prime customer, I expect better quality and service. I kindly request a replacement for this defective product.

I guess this is not the original product specially it is not working after 1 month from using it. The original charger quality is much better then this one. As a recommendation, don't buy this charger.

The charger is super fast and it's heavier duty than the standard one, its cable is long and sturdy too. Overall I'm happy with it.
