Q: In order to have hot water in the kitchen sink and bathroom sink, do I need to install two of these? Many Thanks

One for each should be ok I have 1 under the kitchen sink yit is fine

Q: What size water fittings/adapters are supplied and or needed ?

I fitted these a while ago and can quite remember. What I can remember is I used 15mm JGSpeed fit hose and standard fittings for it. Not much help but I hope it’s of use. The device comes with a selection of fitments.

Q: Is that tap suitable to heat the water in a mobile/portable sink that’s not plumbed in just using electric?

The water would need to be pumped to the heater and you would also need 220 volts. But in theory yes it should work fine.

Q: Does this unit need a pump or is one built in?

no it does not need a pump as it is a direct feed from the cold water supply
