So I wear my boots to each 12 hour shift and standard insoles just don’t cut it. These have become my go-to insoles. Fantastic support, good fit, can be trimmed if needed (didn’t have to, feet feel so much better post shift.

The VALsole orthotic insoles provide solid arch support and noticeable relief for heel pain and plantar fasciitis. The structure feels firm and supportive, especially for flat feet and overpronation, and the materials seem durable for daily use. However, the sizing runs large. Even though I ordered the correct size based on the chart, the insoles were too big for my shoes and required trimming. They also feel best in shoes that have a bit of extra space, so I’d recommend going one shoe size up or using them in roomier footwear like trainers or work shoes. Once properly fitted, they do help with comfort and stability during walking and standing. Overall, these are good-quality insoles with effective support, but sizing could be improved. Recommended, but check sizing carefully before buying.

Swapped these into my work boots and trainers and the difference was instant. Proper arch support, a deep heel cup that keeps everything stable, and just the right amount of cushioning without feeling squishy. No rubbing, no squeaks, no chemical smell. They’ve held their shape after long shifts and plenty of walking. Haven’t had to cut fitted to my size, has help relieved some of my pain in my lower back! Great value and genuinely comfortable. No complaints—would buy again.

Great insoles that transformed my dunks which I thought I may never be able to wear due to hard sole and back problems but these are fantastic and perfect fit and great value.

I find the insoles comfortable, but they do not provide enough arch support to help with pronation.

These have helped my plantar fasciitis. They are really cushioned and this has eased the pain in my herl. They offer support at my arche which has eased the pain there too. Purchased a size 6 and they were true to size and fit my shoes really well.

Immediate relief for my plantar fasciitis. Quality build and great support. Only giving 4 stars as the soles come up short. I would recommend buying a size up and trimming them.

The insoles are very comfortable, very durable, hard wearing and an excellent buy . I have washed (40 degrees) some of mine a few times and they survive it and come out looking fresh . I have been wearing these for 6 years now
