Definitely noticed a difference in my nails and hair - took awhile nearly 6 months but so worth it. Nice tasting and easily chewed.

Tastes pleasant but is covered in sugar crystals. Slight aftertaste but not too bad. 15 calories, 4 g carbohydrates, 4 g of sugar per serve. Contains glucose syrup and sugar. Vegan friendly. It is rare to require a biotin supplement but extra biotin will pass through the system naturally. I take these gummies as part of my vitamin supplements but I'll be trying to find a sugar-free version next.

Within one month I got new hair growth & my nails went crazy long. Won’t stop taking them. Can’t swallow pills so these are perfect. Little too much sugar but very tasty
