Is comfort and beautiful I loved is better than I thought!!!

This chair I was using for my clients and every single person loved this and the comfort. I find it to be incredibly easy to use and the quality is beyond wonderful! I highly recommend this chair as it’s one of the nicer ones out there.

Chair is good if your client is sitting straight up. If you lean them back, they are not comfortable. The head rest is not adjustable. My clients feel like they are sinking in the middle. To much of a pain to return it or I definitely would.

I love this chair so far. I plan to order another one in the near future for another room in my practice. It’s very aesthetically pleasing and functions great.

the best thing about this chair is how it looks, its fairly sturdy for an aesthetic chair, but can't compare with a real medical chair, it rocks on the pedestal a bit, but by far the biggest pain in the neck is how SLOW it goes up and down. Also had one of the rubber feet came off when I was moving and it has been nothing but a fight with the company to have a new one shipped out, EVEN THOUGH chair was under warranty!

This chair has been faulty since I received it, and like another review mentioned, the manufacturer is completely unwilling to help out in any way. The base for the left arm has never attached flush to the top part of the cushion. The pop stud will not go in all the way because the inner metal beam, which holds both pieces together, isn’t and can’t be aligned for the holes to meet. The manufacturer refused to honor a repair of the misaligned arm within the year warranty time frame. Now after having the chair for 1.5 years, the rear recline switch is short circuiting, which stalls and doesn’t work most of the time.Also, the synthetic material does not wipe clean easily. Anything and everything stains the porous material.Long story short, don’t waste your money on this chair. Terrible manufacturer and terrible customer service. That’s putting it lightly.

Stable and well suited for our needs. Delivery was much later than normal Amazon Prime. Expect a 2 week delivery and you should be safe.
