The item was puchased on 6 July and I have just opened it to use and the ink is defective . The return window was 21 July - but this is not acceptable. Ink does not have a shelf life of 3 weeks. What can be done about this?

Imprime con la calidad que se esperaría de un repuesto original. Es justo decir que había comprado un par de cartuchos compatibles SIN chip, porque según el vendedor de dichos cartuchos, lo único que tenía qué hacer para que funcionaran, era “pasar el chip del cartucho usado al nuevo y voilá!”. Fui ingenuo. A final de cuentas el pasar el chip nunca funcionó y tuve que tirar los dos cartuchos “baratos” SIN chip... y compré este cartucho original. Ahora estoy imprimiendo feliz de nuevo y sin el recordatorio de la impresora que dice “toner bajo” cada vez que la enciendes. Muy contento con mi compra y recordando aquello que dicen de: “lo barato sale caro”.
