Happy with this product.
I've been taking this supplement for the last 2 months and my energy levels have certainly gone up. My daily walks have improved both in speed, consistency and distance. Long hours at my workplace too doesn't tire me out that much. I'm happy with this product. Of course, it comes neatly packed and looks good too.

Not effective
My mother has been consuming this product for 5 months and haven’t seen any changes , so now she has discontinued taking it ; it’s much better to consult a dr for a good supplement according to your requirement !

Less number of capsules
I got two packs of this product, each pack is supposed to have 30 capsules. One of the packs I have received has only 20 capsules! The seal was intact on the outer cover.

Effective multi vitamin
This well being nutrition slow multivitamin product is very much useful for men and women specially for digestion and gastric problems. Ofcourse it is previous but too much effective.

Why not use magnesium version instead of magnesium oxide, which is harmful to body?
