THIS STARTED WORKING ON MY PATCH OF ECZEMA WITHIN TWO WEEKS
This stuff really works. It was recommended to me for treatment of eczema. I've been applying it to clean dry skin twice a day for about two weeks. The patch of eczema has shrunk to probably HALF what it started at! I will post again in a few weeks to let the world know if it's a real cure. I do not like using Cortizone because it can damage and even thin out sensitive skin. This cream contains lactic acid (a mild acid) and moisturizers. Seems to work for me! Added January 2026= After several weeks of use, applying just a dab twice a day and rubbing it in, my eczema has disappeared. The rough skin is gone, the red patch is gone. There is a slight tanned color to my skin on the area. I hope it will fade with time. Luckily it's in an inconspicuous spot on my body= the heel and back of my ankle. Not even visible with socks or when I wear slacks. i can live with this a lot easier than the rough , itchy, red area!

Works as it says, smell not great.
Recommended by our pediatrician for dry patches and bumps on my daughterโs arms. Works great. The smell isnโt the best, so my daughter doesnโt love wearing it, but it does itโs job for her skin so once it dries a bit, I put a bit of lotion on top.

Overpriced but works
Works great, just too expensive for a teeny, tiny tube. It got rid of the bumps on the back of my arms but there's only about 2-3 weeks worth of product.

It works!
Love the reformulated lotion and its new packaging. The smell can be off-putting but it is now less fragrant which I love. It really heals KP. Not at all greasy. I always have a stock in my medicine cabinet. Good quality. One of my skin care must haves.

Severe KP on arms! Smoother skin, but still red - 2 WEEK REVIEW
EDIT: 3/29/24 - I gave up! I stopped using this about 2 weeks ago. I used this very consistently for about 9 weeks with absolutely no difference in the redness on my arms, which was my biggest reason for trying this. I gave up. I still have a decent amount of product left in the bottle, so if it works for you, it should last a while. I've come to the conclusion that lactic acid based products do not work for me. I've since started using retinol cream and Selsun Blue on my arms (google it). ~ I've had KP for about 10 years. It's been bad the past 7 or so years. They say it goes away in your late 20s/early 30s, but I'll be 34 this year and it's just getting worse. I've tried SO many things and decided to give this a try bc its affordable. First off, it is TTTTHICK and does indeed smell like maple syrup. The smell isn't off-putting to me, and it does go away, but that is the initial scent. Much better than some of the other KP lotions I've tried so smelling like pancakes for 15 mins is no biggie. My worst KP is on my arms (bumpy and VERY red). The redness is the worst part for me. For years, I've put makeup on my arms before big events and I've tried to cover my arms when possible bc its embarrassing and I'm very self-conscious about it. I've been using this for 2 weeks. My skin is noticeably softer, less bumps but the redness hasn't changed at all. I do use exfoliating gloves in the shower and I put this on my arms immediately after showering (on damp skin for better absorption). I've always exfoliated using other brand lotions as well and got similar results. Again, the redness is my biggest issue and so far, in 2 weeks, no change yet. I'm very consistent, using twice per day, everyday. I'll update this if the redness changes. Overall, if bumps are your main problem, give this a try. Its more affordable than other brands and with exfoliating, you will see less bumps quickly.

Amlactic Dr recommended and its, better than prescriptiond
I he tried everything to calm the itching, get rid of the bumps , and moisturize the dry skin on my legs. The prescriptions my dermatologist prescribed, helped, but they were were tiny ample of a corticosteroid that can have serious side egfects,if,used reguregularly. The doctor recomenfed A!lactic. I was amazed at the immediate relief of the horrible v itching that kept game up st nights. And I was impressed that within a,week I saw it ice me improvement on the skin. Within two weeeks the jumps were gknr. I haven't chad a,flare go for a,year, but so u still randomly used it because I liked the,way it moisturized my skin. It also had another benefit so siscovered; it really smoothed my elbows and also my feet. I never heard ofvAmlactic. I tried all the other popular more expensive popular overpriced lotions, but nothing worked likecAmlactic. I don't know why my local pharmacies don't have it. Alla tic is the only skin product I buy. And Amazon is the only place that I can buy it.

Smooth operator ๐๐
Got this on sale thinking, โWhy not?โ Now Iโd pay full price without blinking. Tried every lotion on the planet - this is the only one that actually made my KP calm down. A little sticky, not fancy-smelling, but it gets the job done.

Great for ginger bumps / keratosis
My wife is a ginger with rough skin and keratosis bumps on her booty, and this has completely fixed them! Very expensive at $20, but you donโt need to use very much cream to get the benefits of the lactic acid so it should last a while.
