Really high quality, my go to! I have used this item a long time. I am light skinned and this makes my eyes pop! I will always use this.

Great for sensitive eyes!!!! My eyes are overly sensitive to everything!!!! This is the first eyeliner that I found that doesn't irritate my eyes for the entire day.
