What can I say I love the watch. Of course I had to fiddle with the settings to get the battery to last a full day. Otherwise it has all of the features I wanted plus some.

I was hesitant about getting a watch that was previously owned. However, I selected one from the list of sellers that had a lot of reviews and one that was excellent condition. I was not disappointed. There was not a blemish on it and everything works great! The only thing I have not checked is the LTE functionality. I may activate service in the future so it was worth a few extra dollars for the LTE version. This works just like the non LTE version when not activated with a carrier, no issues there. Onto the usage. The only real difference between the new galaxy 5 watch and this 4 was the battery. The chipset (ram, processor, ect) was identical, if memory is correct. I got the bigger 44mm version since I am a bigger guy and wouldn't mind the bigger size. The bigger size comes with a bigger battery as well. Since battery life was the biggest complaint, I'll get the best chance...right? So far, everything is great. The watch interfaces really well with my Galaxy S20+, as it should. There are still limitations with wear os that the watch is using but I understand it is better than Samsung's os..tizen I believe that was on some of the older watches.

Refurbished product has worked just fine thus far. Battery lasts about 1.5-2 days. I purchased as "Acceptable" condition. Strap was perfect, clean. Edges of screen had scratches (as expected). Had one system update. Watch arrived earlier than scheduled! Sleep tracker doesn't seem to capture nap times, but it could be that my nap times aren't restful enough.

Purchased this refurbished for about 86 dollars. No scratches or dings. No problems with connectivity or using the actual features on the watch. My only complaint is I have to charge it about every two days and the feature that turns the watch on when you move your wrist is very inconsistent as you can see in the video. Sometimes it works and other times it doesn't. Other than that, I was worth not spending over 200 dollars!

If I could quit losing it, it would be an amazing watch!! Only affordable one ive found that does the EKG-ECG function. Works great!

I've had several of the fall detectors advertised on TV and they don't work as advertised. I'm a fall risk and need something that really works. My son told me to try this watch. He told me about the features and I was solid on the idea. The thing I like best is that it doesn't go off just because I moved my arm up or down. My old detector did. I love the water lock feature. I did restaurant work most of my life and drowned a lot of watches. Even I can't drown this one! It works like it's brand new, even though it's refurbished. No one can tell the difference. I love it so much that I bought one for my daughter in law. The watch was as described on the website. It was delivered quickly. I would do business with this seller again.

This item was described as 'good condition' but there are deep scratches on the watch face and knicks around the entire bezel. I would probably call the condition fair. Also, the watch did not come with the pictured band or even a Samsung band, but just a cheap black rubber band. I feel the product was fair given the price, but I was expecting more. I would have given 5 stars if the listing was accurate.

I have never bought anything refurbished! I must sell this was a plus. Watch arrived on time, secure package and box. No dents. Very easy to use. I am loving it so far, easy to hook up to my phone. Would recommend. Now I did get the extra insurance on it just in case but so far, no complaints!
