Let's be honest here, I bought this simply for the name of it, and I have zero regrets. I don't actually like it that much, but I'm still going to give it 5 stars. Why? Because it makes no pretenses about what it is: it's hot hot sauce. Plus any company who names a product like this deserves a pat on the back. First, how's the heat? Oh it's there. It kinda creeps up on you at first. It starts out very flavorful, somewhat citrusy, and then the steamroller just keeps coming. It gets hotter and hotter and hotter until you're regretting your purchasing decisions. It's not the hottest thing I've ever had, I suppose they had to save some magic for the black label bottle. To give it some perspective, if you've ever had the blazin sauce at that very large chicken wing restaurant, it's close to that in flavor and in intensity, but maybe a few notches below it. It has a strong habanero flavor to me, with the tongue numbing effect of the ghost pepper, and it has staying power. It just keeps coming back to bite you, over and over again. I didn't much care for the aftertaste, it was kinda bitter, but to me that's probably just because all hot sauces in this realm are like that, so it's not much of a take away from this product, this one maybe just has it the strongest of the ones I've tried. For my day to day, I'm much more of a chipotle (smoked jalapeno) person, which is definitely cooler and has a very different taste. But this one qualifies as a contender for those days you want to "burn your face off" and have some good endorphins going. For the hot sauce lover this is a great addition to your arsenal, or as a gift.

First off the taste of this sauce is quite good, it pairs perfectly with pizza as well as eggs. The problem is that it’s just not hot enough. When a hot sauce has this price point in this size while proclaiming to be a “12/10” on heat, it flag itself as a sauce for hot heads and you’d expect it to be the kind of sauce that you just need a small dab in each bite, or something you’d use as an additive, but it’s not there, I still have to drizzle it on to get any real heat, so it won’t last as long as the price and size justifies. Ordinary that would drop it down further, but again the taste is great so I couldn’t justify dropping it more than one star. Worth checking it out for the flavor, but not for the heat.

In my opinion this hot sauce is one of the best on the market today. I like most foods I eat, because I believe that the chief or cook is trying to give the consumer a great taste experience by promoting the nature favors of the dish being served. Hot sauce, in my opinion it should complement the food you are putting it on not diminish the favor. This hot sauce does just that, this hot sauce is full of favors that adds to the natural favors of the dish, it does not overwhelm the food with tasteless heat and nothing more. Yes, it is hot, 8.5 out of 10 is my rating for heat, where this hot sauce steps up is in favor. They have done a great job in bringing together hot with favor, most products lose favor once the heat gets above 6 or 7 and it’s only the taste of heat you walk away from the table, not this sauce. It is an awesome sauce to use on wings, some omelets, some BBQ’s meats/dishes, raw oysters, and instead of wasabi try this sauce with some of your favors.

It’s not insane heat, although will need to be careful as I did almost live up to the name. The flavour is complex and quite delicious. It’s absolutely perfect on a southern fried chicken kinda burger, delicious on pizza and a few drops on cheese on toast will blow your mind…and your partners underwear off at approx 3am. Great product, will be buying again once I’ve stocked up on toilet roll!

Bought it as present for a firend; not hot but tastes really good, expecially for chicken dipping!

The name disgusts me, almost didn't buy it because of that. The flavour is good, it's pretty spicy. I wouldn't drink it straight. It's got a good level of heat and is still flavourful without tasting like vinegar thankfully. Will get this again, and will again cover the name and try not to think about that part. Have a very high tolerance for heat being accustomed to Asian food. I'd get it as a gift for others if it had a decent name.

Comes in a nice gift box, the actual sauce bottle is a lot smaller than I thought but that’s my fault for not reading the size on the description. It’s really hot for me, I can comfortably eat the Flamin Hot Cheeto’s but this is way way hotter. Like a rice grain on a spoon had me hiccuping and sweating. Does what it says on the tin. Nice flavour though
