Aesthetically pleasing and terrific after sales service
I recently bought this wall hanging for my Diwali decorations and I can say the Ganesha piece looks absolutely amazing. Not only does the hanging look very classy, but the weight and sturdiness is fantastic as well. The piece is heavy and when you light the 3 diyas the piece stands out as something beautiful and unique. What I want to especially call out is the great lengths the seller went to when I made a request for help. Somebody managed to drop the Ganesha piece and whilst the overall hanging was intact, one of the gongs was misplaced. I wrote to the seller and not only did they respond in under an hour, but they dispatched the gongs and bells to me on the very day. I cannot express how grateful I am to the seller because so many people just don’t provide good after sales service in India. Kudos to their service and quality!!! I will definitely be buying more stuff from this seller.
