Found them - yum!
These are perfect for a dish that I make and I can't find them in the stores near me anymore. If you get them, try the "Drunken Noodles" recipe on the back. Even better if you have fresh thai basil to add!

Terrific noodles
I can get regular size noodle in my area, but nobody carries the thick noodles. Glad I found these on here because they are super tasty. I definitely recommend them when you're looking for a wide rice noodle.

Yum
Delicious rice noodles. Be sure you separate them when putting in boiling water. Some stuck together and didn't cook through. I used them for Pad Thai

Gluten Free Heavan
OH MY GOODNESS🌹 No claims to swear this is god for other gluten free people. I've avoided white rice and sausces since 1990 when we were sold the myth that brown rice was healthier than white. Some Dr. on Youtube feed educated me Asians have been removing husk and exterior of rice to get to the inner softness of the fluffy white centers for thousands of years for a reason. He said husks cut our gut lining, leafy gut means small prickers open and let bile into blood stream etc. I found FODMOP information about leaky gut, learned im allergic to some fruits and vegetables, spices etc because they are high in things which the acronym is named. Long story short- bought 10 items to test, ate, didnt bloat or get gluten sick because of the white rice magic I just learned. I got sticky rice, these sweet rice cracker/cookies, noodles, lemon grass soup and sweet n sour sauce, tahini. I made my own lemon tahini dressing by watching a Rufus inspired training video thanks to Amazon's Rufus AI guy that prompted video options into my shopping experience 3 days ago. I will save these items to my profile, follow and search them there if you want, Im going to eat my new favorite things. THANK GOD FOR AMAZON's OPTIONS FOR Korean and Japanese foods.

Not my favorite. Always gummy.
I really like Asian dishes, so I'm on the hunt for quality noodles to use for pad see ew (my favorite)! These rice noodles do the job, but if you're even a few seconds too early or too late, the texture and flavor changes. It's really easy to end up with gummy noodles. I've tried and tried so many times, and the noodles never turn out right. I know some of this is my fault, but it shouldn't be this hard to cook up some noodles. Geez. I started buying fresh rice noodles and freezing them... works MUCH better.

Crazy about Chow Fun!
My whole family--especially the eight-year-old--loves these wide rice noodles (chow fun). They are not easy to find outside of a Chinese market, so buying in bulk is a good idea. I love the mouth-feel of rice noodles anyway, and wide is just that much more fun. Plus, they are not flimsy (like rice vermicelli), so are easy to stir-fry. I use a simple Cantonese style, with some soy sauce, some oyster sauce, and a little beef stock. Be sure to use plenty of oil when you stir-fry, as the noodles do absorb it. But your dish will be so beautiful, it's so worth it. Lastly, if you are on a no-gluten diet, you are gonna go ga-ga over these! The directions on the package for presoaking are good--but instead of warm tap water (which has more lead in it from the pipes!) use cold water and warm it in the microwave. Be sure your noodle container is large enough so that the noodles won't stick to each other too much (and you will have to stir from time to time--again, to keep them from sticking). If you have to do something else, you can store the partially softened, drained noodles in the fridge--they'll be fine when you get back. Then saute as usual. Serve quickly so that the noodles don't get mushy. Voila! A fabulous and easy meal with minimal work (just a little advance effort).

These rice noodles cook quickly and have a great chewy texture. They’re perfect for stir-fries, soups, and pad see ew. Love that they’re gluten-free and hold up well without falling apart!

Thought 30$ was steep for a package of noodles but noticed it said 6 bags in the detail. Nope, only got one 454g bag for 30$!

I bought this product as it said 6 items and I received 1. Way over priced for 1 package. False advertising.
