I'm concerned about how hard these are so compared to a corn nut or a wasabi pea, can anyone tell me if these are dental safe?

This particular brand of chickpeas is the easiest on the teeth Iʻve ever tried. There are many brands, and some are harder than others. Corn nuts are VERY hard - these chick peas are not that hard. I would call them "dental safe". The flavors are all on the slightly spicy side though. I have enjoyed this brand and this flavor many times. I would call it a five star snack.

How do you cook these?

You don't. They are a dried, crunchy snack like food. I guess you could put them on a salad or something to tghat effect.

I would assume it is but not sure if any dairy is used in the flavorings.
