Love Fit Ade! This is the recovery ones but I actually drink them while running or working out. Not too much caffine but a great energy boost! They taste great and are a great value for the money!Everything came packaged well with no leakage. Highly recomend product and seller!

as title says this is a great PWO supplement that doesnt overwhelm with caffeine, grape flavor + slight carbonation is good and not crazy either.

So the taste is a bit on the vitamin side. You can tell it's most likely better for you than a Ghost, Redbull or Celsius because those are masked by a lot of artificial flavoring to cover up the chemical ingredients. This has 3g of sugar and not sucrose in it, I would rather very low sugar which you probably will burn off quickly rather than sucrose which messes with your gut flora. Sugar is best consumed in the morning where your body processes it best anyway and since I only drink caffeine in the morning I am fine with it. It does not make me feel shaky or make me anxious like most energy drinks and even coffee as green tea is probably the best way to get caffeine. I will be getting this again.

Not the best after taste but it did the job and i didn't get gut rot from sucralose so that's a win in my book.

I absolutely love these. Just enough caffeine to kickstart my workouts or even just as a pick-me-up throughout the day. The taste is fine, but that doesn't bother me. I like that it doesn't taste like an over sweetened drink. The Creatine is such an amazing bonus. Also the value is great!

Been drinking these for over a year now. Main thing i like, they don't have that terrible ingredient, cynacobalamin. The ingredients are all natural and works well when drank slow. Plus, it doesn't taste like a sugar rush like Monster, Redbull and other energy drinks. I am a die hard fan. Look this up.. Cynicobolical. Very harmful. Isn't used in fitaids. Try it. And please...give it time. The sweetners take a little bit to get use to.

I bought this drink based on the ingredient profile which looks pretty solid. Not many nootropic style energy drinks with moderate doses of caffeine and alcar, etc... like this one. I can't stand the high doses of stimulants, etc... in most of the others. I bought the 12-pack because I've never had an energy drink so bad I couldn't get through it... until this one. This is without a doubt the nastiest tasting energy drink I've ever had the misfortune of trying. It is so gross it's kind of mind blowing. Why would anyone approve of this? It tastes so bad it makes me sick. I'm not even in a mood to try and describe it. For real people, just give me some proper sugar and flavorings and stop trying to make everything 'healthy' by making it taste so bad it's sickening.

I had the lemon one and honestly… Not the greatest taste. It was surprisingly bitter and sour, but not in a good way. I would not buy it again, but you do get a good value for your money if that's the flavor you like. The carbonation was good, and it definitely wasn't flat. Just not my choice of flavors I would say.

I always take a can when I go to do a workout at the gym. When my energy starts to wain I sip on a Fitaid and have the energy to finish.

In the past I have made my own recovery drink mixes, but after moving to Australia I found the ingredients harder to source. This drink has all of the good stuff that I would use in my own recipes, is low on sugar/calories, and is far far better than any of the awful "Sports Drinks" on the market.
