I mainly eat this truffle zest sprinkled on plain popcorn, but it is delicious regardless. Be careful, though, because it does contain salt. It comes in a sealed bottle, smells heavenly, and is a great value based on the fact it has truffle flavor in it. Sprinkle away!

Never have truffle before. As soon as i open the mailbox, the smell got to me! The aroma is stupid strong! It was delivered in a delivery plastic envelope, & the bottle was wrapped like crazy in bubble wrap. It has a mushroom smell, but 100x stronger! Got my room smell for awhile. I would recommend zip bag it and toss it in the freezer to keep it fresh. Wouldn't recommend tasting it by itself. Had it with some dry aged steaks for the first time, & I feel in love! A little goes a long way. It enhances the flavor a lot, & will give you that amazing umami punch.

Love adding this in to spice things up and make people think I made something hard when in reality it was just a simple spice added!

ATTENTION ALL FOODIES! This is a must-have in your kitchen. I absolutely fell in love with Truffles when I dining at an Italian restaurant in Chicago. We were out with friends and the "Special Server" was going around tables asking guests how much of the Truffle shaving they wanted on their pasta. This is when I fell in love with Truffles, and when Oprah, began raving about Truffle Zest, I knew I had to try. Yes, the aroma, the flavor, it just brought me back to that restaurant when I was first introduced to this delicious shroom. It is quality at its best. Plus it makes a great gift. Their salt is excellent too.

Does have a "truffley" taste, perks up my eggs and other things. Not as musky as an actual truffle but pretty good and very low cost.

Phenomenal product. Only problem is they stopped carrying it in Whole Foods so I have to wait for shipping

This is my new favorite spice/flavoring for everything! My favorite is on Trader Joe's White cheddar puffs or Pirate Booty Puffs. I put it on vegetables, steak, eggs, macaroni and cheese! I have bought at least 4 bottles of these to give out as gits with a bag of white cheddar puffs. I have a lot of friends that love truffles and it is a big hit! Highly recommend this one and the cheese one.
