This mask is really useful for all having hair fall .I have used it for around four times till now ,and I feel that my hair fall has reduced to a great extent. I use it after my bare anatomy hair fall shampoo ,use this mask ,and then leave it for around 5 minutes. I wash it after that and it give me soft ,smooth hair with less hair fall.
