Bringing Joy to a Panda Enthusiast Biker Chick
I just got this today, but I am so overjoyed that I just can't wait to leave a review. First off, I do not have a child... other than my inner one. I bought this for me. I have an older set of Boom Audio speaker on my Softail Heritage Classic, so I have to use a aux cable to use them. I got a new phone... and it didn't have an aux input. I bought several adapters, some didn't work at all. Others didn't work well. I tried going the Blue tooth reciever route, but it didn't go well either. So, I arrived at the conclusion that I needed an MP3 player. I wanted something simple. No curved glass waiting to break in my windshield bag. No touch screen (easier to use buttons with gloves on). SIMPLE. After hours of searching and seeing the same nonsense over and over, I found this adorable panda player. Bonus, it was made for kids. Hopefully that will meant it will hold up going down the road in my windshield bag. I bought a case just to be safe. Anyway, tonight I plugged it in, charged it up and loaded 2.1 GB of music on it. AND I AM IN LOVE! The little speaker is pretty decent. I took it outside with me while I was walking my dog. I didn't have to roam around the house looking for headphones. Just bam, zoom, out the door. of course the sound quality isn't mind blowing. The speaker is itsy bitsy, but it gets loud enough I can put the player in my pocket and still hear it over the crickets and frogs. I am excited to have it with me when I ride out to areas with spots cellphone service. I can still listen to my jams while I go exploring. I plugged this sucker into my bike, and honestly, I was speechless. The music actually played louder hooked up my Panda Player than it did to My Samsug Galaxy Note 9. Mind Blown. Since I have to use an aux cable with the bike, the radio function works too! The screen gets pretty bright, and the brightness is adjustable. The voice recorder works decently, but you can hear button clicking at the beginning and end of the recording. Which makes sense because the buttons are right next to the speaker. To download the music onto the player, it is just a simple drag and drop system. All of my music is in there all willy nilly at the moment. I haven't messed with the playlist option or anything, and I honestly don't plan to. I like shuffle just fine. I haven't tried hooking it up to my Bluetooth headphones yet. They are dead. I did notice that the product information said that it could support 128 GB micro SD card, but the pamphlet said it can only support 60 GBish. But, I seem to recall someone saying in their review that it did support 128 GB. I am a long way from that at the moment, so no biggie either way for me. The user interface is pretty user friendly. It may take a couple of clicks here and there to get accommodated with it, but it is super simple. It did take a smidgen of effort to figure out how to turn shuffle on. BUT, on the plus side I turned the player on and off a few time, clicked the shuffle button multiple times and I never heard the same song twice... expect for the first song on the list while I was getting shuffle reset up. All and all, I am thrilled about this adorable music contraption and I can't wait to take it with my on my motorcycle!

Great MP3 Audiobook & Music Player for the Little Ones!
Cute, well thought out features and quality build. Comes with a USBC cable for charging and transferring files. Ear buds are nice, even get different sizes if needed. Menu system is pretty intuitive. My grandkids, preschool 4 year old and first grader will need some help from adults to load music or audiobooks but once it's loaded, they'll be able to use the controls to listen and play their books and songs. Getting books from the library and loading them was a breeze, the kids are going to love the books I loaded! I just transferred the books to the local storage rather than the micro SD card. One less thing for the kids to remember to select when playing their media. Pros; * The soft "ears" and zoo animals on the back. There's also a Panda version for the bigger kids. * Perfect size for small hands, feels very nice in your hand. * USBC rather than micro USB * Bluetooth 5.0 to connect to wireless headphones if you want (or large speaker) * Voice recording is really nice - record messages for the kids to read at school or on the bus! * Variable speed playback for audiobooks (or songs) is wonderful. Increase speed up to 8 steps for those plodding audiobook narrations! * Easy to find power, volume down, up on the right side of the player * One button power off, just push the button, don't have to hold it * The usual back, play/stop and forward buttons * Headphone jack at top * Easy to set an alarm and have it play a book or song when the alarm goes off. Can even set the alarm for every day of the week * Beautiful alarm clock icon flashes when the alarm goes off! * Basic A/C 120 volt charging via the usual USB 5v 1amp output charger. Doesn't come with the player but you probably have many lost chargers buried in your couch anyway * Pedometer, stopwatch, FM radio (if using the earbuds) are nice add-ons * Typical settings options, repeat, shuffle, volume limit and others * Equalizer (preset options like rock, classical, etc. or use "custom" to simply up the bass and/or treble) Cons; * Manual wrong - says only MP3 & WMA files - not true, FLAC files sound wonderful! * Manual wrong - also says up to 64GB micro SD card - 128GB works great. NOTE: Believe the Amazon features and description listed for the player as it's accurate! Questions; * Pedometer weight & height settings are metric and I didn't see any way to change them to imperial. * Looks like it could show a photo as a screensaver but I didn't see any option to add it. * Playlists - can create them by adding songs to a playlist but what can I load playlist files from my computer like m3u files? Great little player for anyone but kids especially! Rivals much more expensive ones too!

Holiday Gift that will make her happy- But then it didn't
Our 4 year old granddaughter love to sing. This personal, panda, mp3 player will be great for her. I spent about an hour loading songs today and it was very easy for this old grandma to figure out. She now has about 20 songs loaded that I know she enjoys and can start listening as soon as she opens up this holiday season. It is now wrapped and ready to gift to her in December. I just downloaded songs on my computer and dragged and dropped them into her RUIZU 64GB MP3 Player. We purchased earphones too, even though this player comes with a pair of earphones. She is too young for the stick in your ear type so I purchased a pair that will fit her little head. I know this will be a favorite holiday gift and get a ton of use. This is a very small mp3 player but the buttons are easy to understand and if old lady like me could figure out how to use it anyone can. There is even a record button so you can record your voice. This is perfect for letting the little one know they are loved. I wish I had a recording of my grandparents voices to listen to. Perfect little device! Update: Okay, great item until I went to add more songs to her device. It no longer allows me to add music. I even had my son, who is the head of IT at his business try to help. He tried for about 45 minutes and said it was the MP3 player, not my MacBook. He said "If you pay for junk you get junk" Bummer. It has only been two months since I purchased and it only has a few songs she wants to listen to at this point.

Good and kid appropriate to take them away from screen time. Battery life is nice. Has 64Gb inbuilt memory which I added an extra SD card for 128GB. So lots of space now. Bluetooth is good, but somehow doesn’t connect automatically. Still manageable. My daughter loves the product.

I had a Ruizu mp3 player for many years. I was contacted by Ruizu to provide a review in exchange for a return of purchase of this product; however, I will provide an unbiased review. I have not fully stress tested this mp3 player nor have I tested it from the perspective of a child. I have used most of the functions on this mp3 player to include music, bluetooth, alarm, speaker, sound profiles, fm tuner, and fm record. All functions, with the exception of bluetooth, worked as expected. The player is instantly recognized by Windows 10 as an external drive, in my case, USB external drive E:. I loaded approx 1500 songs which took approx 1 hour using the included cable to connect my Dell's USB 3.0 port to the mp3 player's USB C port. After the load, the player took about 3 minutes to digest the playlist and create an index. Changing the mp3 settings was straightforward and intuitive. I did not have to refer to instructions to make changes to time and date. I have enjoyed the small external speaker. Though the speaker has a tinny sound, it is useful and can comes in handy when listening to music in the shower or in any other situation when a headset can't be used. The FM tuner and Alarm are both nice to have and I expect to use both functions on an ad hoc basis in the future. I've only tested the Bluetooth connection of the mp3 player with my Dell computer but there is an incompability with the 2 bluetooth radios. Its the first time I've encountered an incompatability between my Dell and any bluetooth device. But I do not foresee using the mp3 player's bluetooth connection in the future. I will use the USB cable connection instead. I have not stressed the battery on this mp3 player but based on the battery life of my previous Ruizi player, I expect this mp3 player will last for 20 plus hours when playing through headphones.
