Nannette Little Girls' One-Piece Slinky Wavy Dress

My youngest granddaughter is on the chubby/tall side for a 4 year old and can wear some of her 7 year old slim sister's clothing. Therefore, I try to purchase 6X or clothes that do not make her look like she was melted and poured into them. This dress is very well made, lined, and very pretty; however, the velvet ribbon in the front was not a belt and does not stretch. It does not extend to the back of the dress which has elastic instead. The sleeves are not really proportioned for the chubbier arms that usually work for a 6X dress. This dress will work well for a child that is not slim, but is a more average size. I do like the dress it is prettier than in the photo. It looks like it would not wrinkle when washed either which is a plus.

I first ordered this in a 3T which is what my average-sized three year old usually wears. It was so small I could barely get it on her. Skipped over the 4T and ordered the 4. It does fit, but barely, and the velvet band around the chest is snug. If I could reorder a size or two larger I would, but this was the largest size available. She lves blue and loves the dress and I only expect it to last for a month or two (Thanksgiving an Christmas dinners) so we're keeping the four, but it's too bad we can't get it bigger.

This is a really sweet dress for a sweet price! I love the lace and colors. The velvet ribbon is a nice touch and "jewel". The design is really cute and fits well. I would highly recommend this dress for a girl who likes to be fancy as an alternative to wearing pink or purple.

This washes well (no ironing required!), is a lovely color, and is very comfortable for my daughter. The material is the type that could potentially 'snag', so I wouldn't wear it while running through the woods or around certain pets.

Fits my 18-month-sized girl just great, but I bought the 2T size, so was expecting her to swim in it a little. She loves it, and it looks great. Just won't fit her as long as I'd hoped.

This is absolutely adorable...I'm sure my niece is going to love it! The picture is accurate, but it is even cuter in person.

My seven year old daughter loves this dress. It fits beautifully, falling just above her knees. The material is soft and comfortable.
