This is a fantastic product and does what it needs to do!!!

I purchased this originally to help reduce my resting heart rate naturally. I am 55 and I have low to regular blood pressure but my resting pulse rate has always been over 100-120. Of course this is bad for your heart overtime and my doctor prescribed me Metoprolol and warned me not to take it if my blood pressure is too low as it also lowers your blood pressure. Well, after 4-6 weeks, I still could not take it. Wearing my iWatch to bed, my heart rate was going up to the 170's while I slept. This scared me enough that I started researching what could lower my pulse rate without lowering my blood pressure. L-Carnitine! I ordered it and within 3-4 hours, it worked. My resting pulse rate throughout the day was between 78-95. Big difference and it did not lower my blood pressure. However, it did not last 24 hours and each morning my pulse rate was 120-130. So I now take twice a day. 7am and 7pm. (500mg each) It works! 3 weeks later not only is my pulse rate finally normal 24/7 and only rises during my workouts and returns to normal within 10-15 minuets, it has also lowered my blood sugar (I have type 2 Diabetes). Added bonus, I have more energy and from someone that took a nap everyday-I have taken only one nap in the last 3 weeks, I sleep better through the night and I have lost weight!!! I have lost almost 15 pounds in the last 3 weeks and feel amazing! I purchased this for my sister who has a high resting pulse rate and Type 2 Diabetes and same thing: She is losing weight, has more energy, normal resting heart rate and her blood sugar levels have dropped. Added bonus, really helps reduce the belly fat! I love seeing my tummy start to flatten out again.

So far this has helped me with work out recovery and overall heart health. Seated pulse is maintained at 65 with my BP at 120 over 74. Can’t confirm is it’s a placebo outcome or not but I do feel a bit better on recovery days. Muscle soreness also appears reduced As to ease of swallowing I have seen larger pulls so this is at the border for pill size for me. As with any supplement I would consult with your doctors. I do this for anything I stick in my body so it’s always better to consult a physician. Value is good and as far as taste, it’s a pill not better and I just make sure to have a lot of water while taking. This helps me with ease of swallowing. Unless otherwise I will continue this as a supplement.

Wife has hyperthyroid and this definitely helped bring her levels back more towards normal. At least while she was waiting for her appointments to get exactly diagnosis. She was having rapid heart beats and felt her chest tighten. This product helped make them less frequent. Also I’m not a Dr. and this may not work for you but helped my wife.

I haven’t used the product yet, but just received it. In the description pictures it says two times a day but on the bottle it says four times a day therefore I think it’s too expensive to use regularly.
