It arrives perfectly packed with all the well-packaged accessories, the first impression for me was when we open the box and take the broom in hand feels that a quality broom, robust and well assembled.Inside the box, I found the product package containing the manual power supply, the supports to hang on the wall, the tank, the handle with battery and all the accessories for the various surfaces.It is easy to operate and the suction power is very good for our wood/tile floor and on the carpet especially. it vacuums well even if the battery doesn't last 60 minutes and therefore I still can't clean the whole house.It is not particularly heavy and it is not even very noisy.

Much better than ur regular vaccum cleaners. Easy to use. Does the job neatly. A little heavy though. Tires ur hands after sometime. Charge stays for 40 mins on auto mode. Easy to clean and store. Bankable product. A must have.

assistance and warranty equal to zero.The vacuum lcleaner works well but the battery after only few months keeps half charge and works only for few minutes. After contacting Amazon and thereafter the proscenic I have been promised a new battery as per the warranty. The battery never arrived to my home and the message with the fake shipping number disappeared and not anymore available.

This is an excellent choice compared to the much pricier options from more famous brands. We have been using it for almost 10 months now and its working well. Good battery life for regular cleaning of 2bhk. It developed a vibration in the floor brush a few weeks ago and I contacted customer support. They provided a replacement floor brush under warranty and it now works flawlessly. Highly recommend this one if you are looking for a cordless vacuum cleaner.

I would have given 2 stars except for the fact, it has fallen from the docking station (my bad) 3x and not a crack or dent or reduction of its power (not impressed by its suction or power). It's fine for furniture, tile floors. It is more a handheld dust vac when it comes to suction power. Fine for hair, light mess, anything heavier not so good. Not for quick deep clean or dusting ie curtains ,rugs high shelf ect. I have read so many good reviews of this item outside of Amazon. But it just doesn't match the hype. Sorry, I was rooting for proscenic to be at least a replacement for, the least pop Dieson. Going from floor to carpet ,no difference no change in power. The roller brush /is actuallyfoam is not a brush. only good for hardwood? Floor. .it does pick up stuff on the carpet but missesa lot. Same on the tile. I will use it as hand vac. The tools also are a bit off as they don't quite allow you any flex in the use of the stick or hand held. Only allows one angle of use. Which is so awkward and uncomfortable. Having extra batteries quick charge and change. Is great. Cleaning of dust bin also great . Except the suction bit? On the side. For what it is, it's sturdy, easy to clean parts, ie extra batteries available to purchase with the unit .haven't tested the max option cause didn't see the point. I have bought this 7 months back and was working well until it fell down and got a crack which lead to breaking the mid portion and cant use properly anymore now!I contacted the brand several time for warranty issues but still not solved .Built quality is cheap !!
