We have a restaurant and we have been using another fry warmer for the past year we got from Amazon. The old one looked great in the pics before I ordered it and was very cheap price. We got it to replace one we had used for 7 or 8 years. Well after we got it (I am talking about the old fry warmer still), I could tell it was cheap junk. Super light and the heat bulbs would burn out every month or 2. Very flimsy construction. After a year it finally stopped working. The socket for the bulbs had pretty much disintegrated and the way it was built it couldn't be fixed. So when looking for a new warmer we came across this one. It has a heat element so no bulbs to replace. It does have a small bulb to illuminate the food in the basket though which is fine. It is much better built and heavier construction. Also the drip tray in the basket is easy to remove and has a lip so when ur scooping the fries it doesn't fly out. We clean out equipment very thoroughly every night so it's taken apart and sent to the kitchen and wiped down and cleaned usually in the hands of teenagers who don't care. We have had it for a few months and it is holding up excellent. Trust me, don't buy those cheap ones with the bulbs. You will regret it. Spend a little more and get a good quality one like this one. Don't be penny smart and dollar foolish. I always like to leave reviews after trying the product for a while and If a company has a good product then they deserve a good review which is basically a good word of mouth but online. I am sure there are better ones out there but very pleased with this and for the price I doubt you will find better

Really like this product. It came wrapped so the stainless wasn't scratched. Assembly was super easy,a few screws and ready to go. Not only does it keep fries, chicken fingers, fish fillers warm I believe it helps to crisp them. A Must Have!!

Excellent product, but is it possible to send or sell me one of the small round foots at the bottom of the dump station? Love the product; it keeps the fries hot. Prior to this purchase, we threw fries away every few hours due to them sitting too long and getting cold.

Very Easy to assemble. The unit does get pretty hot when in use. It does a great job of keeping the food warm. I've used it for wings and chicken.Strips, but after some time they don't stay crispy. It definitely makes mass cooking more efficient!

Just buy one month. And stop working. Don’t buy it

Easy to setup and worked great for me for 5 months. Today it decided not to turn on. Not sure what the issue is, hopefully mine was an anomaly and yours doesn't decide to stop working suddenly.

Needs a heat adjuster. Quality feels cheap. Save your money
