I had to return these shoes because they were too small. I usually wear a size 7 in every shoe but these didn't fit. I returned them and then got a personal email from a representative from the company saying that they were so sorry about the sizing and offered to send another pair out right away in a larger size to make up for it. I consider this exceptional service and was very impressed!

Not bad for the price! Not the best shoes money can buy, but they work and gets the job done

I loved the shoes, worked well except one of the shoes is loose when I clip onto the peloton. Tried to adjust/tighten but i think the red clip might be off in size, this makes it a bit unsafe when I am riding faster. Otherwise does the job
