eat G.A.N.G.S.T.E.R. Vegan Pancake & Waffle Mix - Allergy-Friendly Baking Mix...

My daughter (10 yr old) and I cook breakfast every Saturday/Sunday on the blackstone. We have tried ALL of the different mixes and of the clean options, this one wins without a close second place. When you start paying attention to all of the junk that goes into our food, it is disturbing how many toxic ingredients are included. Of the ones that are not terrible, few are truly delicious. These guys knocked it out of the park with this product. Yes, it is expensive, but it is a lot less than filling up on preservatives and chemicals. Will be purchasing again and again....

I barely review anything, but I had to log in and write a review for this absolutely awful product which I paid way too much money for. It promises that it will provide something edible that is compliant with the AIP diet. Somehow, the pancakes managed to be paper thin AND un-cookable and disgusting. You can see by the pictures that either side of the pancake just sloughed apart despite being about 1 mm thick. It looked like some biological waste. I followed the directions exactly and used a very nice, brand-new pan. There is nothing to blame but the horrible product. And, to add insult to injury, both this product and the brownies exacerbated my mouth sores, which is the main reason I’m doing the AIP diet. I knew immediately my daughter wouldn’t eat this, but I usually just get over it when it comes to my food in order to stick with the diet. Something is wrong with these items. The brownies were bland and thin but at least the cooked beyond slippery mush. Don’t buy this!

First and most importantly, these were SO GOOD! Really delicious. I generally make my AIP pancakes from scratch, but I was looking for something to have on hand for a quicker process occasionally. I will definitely buy this again!I did have to cook my pancakes on low heat, not medium, because the outside was burning but the inside was still raw. Easy fix tho!Super happy to have found this company as I work my way through my AIP journey. It’s really nice to be able to buy delicious products that make busy days a little easier.

The mix held up perfectly in the waffle maker. Unfortunately, it was too sweet for us, I’m not sure I would have added the three TBSPs of maple syrup if I had known. The ingredient measurements are unbelievable small, making it difficult to read the correct measurements without using a magnifying glass The mix is not worth the $15 price, in my opinion .

This flour is ok gluten free flour but not worth the price. I’ve been baking gluten free for over 25 years and this flour doesn’t work any better than any other gluten free flours I’ve used but it does work. I like that it’s organic, but I just don’t like how small the amount is for the cost.

Not fluffy, never crispy. Sad.... didn't cook. Rather raw. Followed directions.Ended up putting in the oven to bake for 20 minutes, checked, still not cooked and another 20 minutes after frying in flat pancake pan!I really wanted to like this product but sadly did not.

This was a hit! I added chocolate chips to these pancakes and they were amazing!! We are new to grain free eating and this product is one of the best we’ve tried so far. Definitely recommend! Texture, color, and taste all 5 stars!!
