I tried the pH PURE HAIR Extra Butter Deep Moisture Hair Mask and am pretty pleased with the results. I would give it 4/5 stars. I used it as a deep mask after wetting my hair and leaving it on for about an hour. I then showered and did my normal shampoo and conditioner. My hair felt more defined after air drying, and when I heat styled, the finish was smoother and shinier than usual. It has a light floral scent that’s clean and subtle — not overpowering, and it fades down nicely. My hair surprisingly had more volume as well, I wasn’t expecting that. I did not notice much of a difference on frizz though unfortunately. I have found that if I want to reduce frizz, I should use it as the last step, as my conditioner. Then, it really does help reduce frizz. Overall, I’m very pleased, and I think they named it correctly by saying it was a butter, it does have the consistency of a fluffy butter.

I also liked that my hair didn't feel greasy or flat , but manageable and flowy. The jar has a good size and I didn't need to use a lot of product. Plus, the mask has a nice scent without being too strong.

I have fine hair that tends to be on the oily side. It’s soft and smooth but man, this made it like butter. It wasn’t greasy after either. If you have dry, brittle hair or even curly that is on the thicker side, you won’t regret it! My stepdaughter has curls and used it - she was in awe of how luscious her hair felt
