Q: Are these for left hand as well?

No, they are not left-handed. For left-handed scissors, the blade connected to the thumb hole is on the right side when holding the scissors in front of you. The rain right-handed scissors gives left-handed users problems, aside from the ergonomics, is that when you use your left hand close the scissors you press the blades away from each other, rather than towards such that there is less pressure between the two cutting edges. Normally your fingers pull towards the palm while the thumb presses away from the palm. It is possible to press away from the palm with your fingers and pull towards the palm with your thumb, but this is very uncomfortable. Now, having said that, these scissors are tight enough due to their very solid construction that using your left hand probably will have at best a negligible effect on pursuing the cutting edges away from each other while using the left hand, and they are sharp enough to cut through several layers without needing to exert the kind of force that may cause such a thing. They are however shaped for the right hand, so they will never be as comfortable to use as scissors made for left-handed use.

Q: what is white color for?

Not sure what you are asking but the large black handled scissors are for cutting fabric. The medium red handled scissors are for clipping corners or crafting. The white looking scissors are for clipping threads. The red thing with a clear top is a seam ripper used for correcting sewing mistakes. The white tape is for measuring your hips, waist, etc.

BUY THEM TODAY. I will never be without a set like Snavida EVER again. All 3 scissors are perfect for sewing, cutting thread and general use. Paper, cardboard, leather, canvas, you name it . . . the 9 inch heavy duty will cut it all and remain amazingly sharp. I sew, have a heavy duty Singer 4411. 20+ in Army, always repaired my own uniforms, putting on rank and flags ect. Watched ladies cut minuscule pieces of thread with these ginormous scissors thinking these must cost a fortune to cut that fine of a thread. NOPE Just like this set. NO CONS: but recommend getting a good sharpener. PS even the most expensive Fiskars can't hold a candle to this set!

This is a heavy duty scissor that will cut heavier non metallic fabric. Any spandex fabric without metal, tulle and lace can be cut with these scissors.

Finally Got Nice Sewing Shears

I’ve been a hobby sewist on and off for decades, but never felt like I could justify springing for the high end scissors for fabric.While browsing for a new pair after struggling with fabric that wouldn’t cooperate with normal scissors or electric shears, I found these and decided to try them instead of one of the high end names.I’ve been really pleased with both the 10” shears as well as the small scissors and snips that came in the set. Always nice to have extra seam rippers too.Very pleased with this set.

Super sharp

The quality of this product is wonderful cuts materials like soft butter.I did have an issue with my shipment BUT the company is stellar at standing behind it's customer. Fixed everything. I will definitely be purchasing from them again. Very happy.

They cut cloth so easy you don't even feel any resistance!

Nice! While me old cheap shears wouldn't cut butter anymore, these cut through cloth like a hot knife through butter! Very sharp! Haven't tried to cut any jean material yet. I would recommend these.

SHARP! ! ! Just what I needed and wanted.

Nothing to dislike, except and it isn't because of the scissors -- but from chemo for cancer. The are heavy but they cut great, big area to place fingers. I haver short finger and they are a bit larger than others. Not fat, but not slender.My skin is more sensitive now, another side effect of cancer; so hubby has wrapped some stretchy "bandage" (can't remember name) around the fingers area. Easier on my fingers, no more bruises on my fingers.Anyhow, I would recommend them especially for anyone cutting material. I am sure they could be used for other cutting (I used old scissors to cut posterboard) but do NOT recommend them for anything else but material, fabric.
