Good for what it is. You pay for the brand name but more importantly for the support package. I don’t have the time I used to for fixing glitches and bugs. Think of it like Apple products, you overpay for the hardware but it all just works and has a support team. Only negative was the free support package was almost half way up by the time I purchased it :/

I've personally played Elden Ring, Conan Exiles, Spider-Man Remastered, Batman Arkham Knight and more on Ultra for all settings and it's flawless. Spider-Man I did set the amount traffic to low. But I'm sure it would work fine on medium.

Super cool and all the colors are awesome!!! The only observation was that we found the warranty expired so we think that's why it was on sale 🤔 but works perfectly

CPU error and started crashing on day 25.. I tried to contact seller to return under 30 day warrenty but never heard back.. now I am forced to own an expensive item while others enjoy their vacation .. yeah my fault! just ask anyone. I should have flew to swap out laptop.. Take WARNING NOTE — This laptop is cheaper because of one reason that I wasn’t aware of even after readin all Amazon / seller comments ‘ specs’ YOU CANNOT UPGRADE RAM and you’ll want to because 16GB is being taking half by windows ., You will see memory crash as I have twice while not doing a dang thing on PC.. Again CPU may be involved but Event Viewer mentioned ram .. So buy at your on risk..
