Best eyelid wash for people with blepharitis or that get frequent styes. I know it might not seem necessary to clean your eyelids on a daily basis, but it’s a total game changer. No more irritated, itchy eyes. The smell is not overpowering, and a full bottle lasts me about 3 months with daily use. It is kind of expensive, but I have yet to find a cheaper cleanser that is comparable.

Not just a gentle eyelash cleanser, my face also feels great after rinsing, soft and clean without any fancy oils or creams. And don't let the small bottle fool you, it lasts much longer than you think! I ordered another before my first ran out!

For many years, my eyelids have been flaking and falling out. Within one week of taking this product, my eyelids have completely stopped, flaking and falling out. One pump goes a long way and will work for both eyes. This item works so well that after I started using it twice a day, I was able to slow down and only utilize once a week to maintain. A little goes a long way, and the value of this item can’t be stated enough. This item has a pleasant scent, and moisturize your eyes.

Extremely good. I only bought this because I was given a whole bottle as a sample from a previous eye doctor after a yearly exam, and the clean feeling it gives on my eyelids and around them is genuinely surprising every time even now. You don't even need to use a full pump's worth either; eventually you can figure out how little of it you can pump out to spread around just enough so that one bottle lasts a lot longer. The only three downsides I can point out that are the reason for 4 stars and not 5 are: 1) As others probably pointed out, this thing WILL leak when you travel. Far as I've discovered, this seems to be an inevitability with the way the pump system is designed, but the leaking foam is easily rinsed off with water. Just be sure to have this kept in its own small sealed ziploc bag away from other toiletries or items when you take it abroad with you. 2) If this substance slips into your eyes, you're in for pain. Be sure to keep your eyes nice and closed when you put this on and don't think about cracking them open even slightly because it WILL get in if you let it. Don't open until you're sure you washed it all off 3) How the hell is this $24.00 (at time of writing this)?! One bottle should be worth $20 at most! I don't know if there's cheaper for equal or better quality than this one out there, but if they jack up the price on this past $25 at any point then I'm probably ditching it to look for a cheaper alternative. But if you can afford this one or if this one is healthier for you for whatever reason, go for it

This was recommended by my optometrist. It's very easy to use and quickly became a part of my nightly routine when I wash my face. I immediately noticed a difference and believe it will help my eyes long term. I have heard that it can sting, but I rinse it very well and have not had any issues with sensitivity (despite insane allergies and lots of sensitivity generally). The price was a bit high here; I later found it for less locally.

I put off ordering this because I was nervous the tea tree would sting my eyes—but it didn’t. I’ve tried everything: Zocular, every kind of lid wipe, red light therapy, lid scrubs—you name it. Nothing worked like this. Within days, the swelling on my lids and between my lashes went down, and it removed so much debris. For anyone suffering from blepharitis and all the frustrating symptoms that come with it, you need this. I’m finally feeling relief and hopeful again. So grateful.

I have been using this product for several years because I have blepharitis and also have a tendency to have sties. The product is great - it does a nice job of gently cleaning eyelids without being overly drying, and I like that it has tea tree oil (a natural disinfectant). The product used to come in a sealed box with the pump and lid on the bottle. Now for some reason, the product is being sent in a flimsy box with the pump included separately. The first time it was delivered to me with the new packaging, the box was open and the pump was floating around in the dirty Amazon bag. There was no way I was going to use it at that point, so I took the pump off the old bottle that had not been exposed to who knows what so I could use the product. The second time I received a shipment after the packaging change, the pump was not out of the box, but the box was half open and I was still uncomfortable using the pump that had been exposed to the dirty Amazon bag. The whole reason that I am using this product is that I need to keep my eyes as clean as possible. I am not going to stick a dirty pump into a product I am using to clean my eyes that are sensitive and prone to infection. At least seal the box so the contents are not exposed to whatever is in the Amazon packaging. I love the product but if I can’t trust how it is delivered I may have to find an alternative. I discussed this with my eye doctor who also uses the product (she hasn’t received a bottle with the new packaging yet). We both hope the company rethinks this.

Le compré este producto a mi mamá quien tiene blefaritis crónica. Desde la primera aplicación le quemó muchísimo los ojos y todo el área, intentó un par de veces más y siempre tuvo la misma experiencia. No lo recomiendo porque quema!

Foaming cleanser, doesn’t sting eyes

I believe using this twice daily have reduced the problem with itching eyelid . However the plunger does not dispense the solution properly . It goes down and does not pop up again so each time I have to manually pop it up to get more solution .
