I have been looking for an electric dry eye mask for a few years now, but hadn't found something that I thought could replace the ones that had to be microwaved. I wanted something that would be warm enough and which would fit effectively over the eyes without being oversized. I also badly wanted something that would fit into my lifestyle better that having to go at night downstairs to the microwave to heat up the mask, or to go without the treatment every night I wasn't at home. I certainly found that in the Wizard Eye Mask! It fits perfectly over my eyes and is warm enough to do the job of helping soften clogged meibomian glands. The programmer is easy to use but very effective in adjusting the temperature setting and adding time to the program. I found it very safe to even sleep in it, as it was very soothing to use. This mask also encourages me to use it more often, and I am sure my eye doctor with see a difference in my dry eyes because of the greater frequency of use. I am so very happy to have found this mask which has been scientifically developed to specifically treat dry eyes, and which makes treating them so much easier. It can be taken everywhere, and is small enough to go in a purse or laptop case. The mask is very well made and professional. I am eager to show it to my eye doctor, as he is always open to discover what will help his patients. This is the best dry eye warm compress I’ve ever used in my life and I’m very grateful to Wizard Research who produced such item, which helps me to manage my dry eye symptoms in much more convenient and effective ways. Thus, I’ve gladly told my ophthalmologist, friends about this item and also bought one more for my sister. For decades, I was bothered by dry eye symptoms and had spent a lot of time treating it while also looking for better solutions. All means for this problem you name it, I had tried it. When electric dry eye mask appeared in the market, I purchased it immediately. Unfortunately, it was very poorly made. Looking for a proper device to reduce my long lasting discomfort was very stressful until one of my ophthalmologists showed me Wizard Research’s Electric Heated Dry Eye Mask, and it was a total game changer from then on. I no longer needed to get up and down between the couch and microwave or disgusted by those cheaply made electronic items. It’s vey easy to set time and temperature, even for a electronic dummy like me. Even from the packaging, I could tell it was much better than those of items I had bought before. And, I was right. Moreover, quick responses to my questions from the company was very impressive and encouraging. It’s worth to spend a bit more for a Real product, especially it solves your long lasting problem. And, it pays back many times.

Original review: This is a great eye mask for dry eyes. It’s very comfortable and easy to use. It maintains an even heat and is adjustable for time and heat level. It might have been nice to have a buzzer when it goes off, but I find that it is clear when it turns off in that you can feel the change in the heat so a buzzer isn’t really necessary. I much prefer it to my previous mask which I had to microwave and which didn’t maintain the heat very long. It is great for traveling also, especially when a microwave isn’t readily available, and it fits easily into a small makeup or pencil bag. Update: This mask stopped working after 9 months. That is very disappointing because it has been great until now. I liked it so much I even bought one for my son-in-law who also has dry eyes. However, for a product that costs so much I think it would be reasonable to expect it to last longer than 9 months. 2nd update: I reached out to the company. Edward responded within about an hour and is sending me a new mask! Great product and great customer service!

I like a lot of the features of this heated eye mask. It plugs into my alarm clock with a USB cord. It can plug in to an electrical outlet as well. I’ve tried cordless eye masks but none held a charge for more than about 3 days so you’re constantly having to charge them. So I went back to a corded mask. The mask heats up quickly and has a number of heat settings. Temperature setting 2 or 3 is plenty warm for my eyes. When you press the power button it’s set for 10 minutes, which is just where I want it, so that’s easy. You can adjust the amount of time but I don’t need more than 10 minutes so I haven’t experimented with that. The mask is made of soft fabric and is comfortable to wear. The instructions include helpful information about lid hygiene and steps for expressing the oils from your eyelids after using the mask. The first night I used it, there was a beep at the end of the cycle that startled me and was loud enough to wake my partner. I was glad to find out that I could turn off the beep - but unfortunately it doesn’t stay turned off. I have to do a 5-second press on the controller to turn off the sound every single time I use the mask. The beep is so unnecessary - the heat turns off automatically at the end of the cycle, and you can feel when it’s not heating. The annoying beep is the reason for 4 stars. Otherwise it’s a 5-star product in my opinion. Update 12/27/25: I turned on the unit this morning and it flashed all 8’s on the display and immediately turned off. Over and over again. It just quit working - after about 10 days of light use. We’re suddenly down to one star. I was willing to put up with the beep to have a reliable heated eye mask but I guess I’ll start looking for another brand - again. I had high hopes for this one.

I would give this a five star rating if the plug was USB-C and not the old USB-A. It's a minor problem. The fact is that this mask works very well for my Meibomian Gland Dysfunction, or Dry Eye. It's not a cure, but my vision is much clearer now that I use the mask for 15 minutes every morning. I have another mask, which is rechargeable, but the heat isn't enough and the fit isn't good. Meaning, the mask does not rest on the eyelids, like it does with the Wizard Research mask.

So far so good. I tried three other brands, including Bruder, which burned in the microwave after just a few weeks, before deciding to try the most expensive, high-end product in the the hope that the quality would be better and that it would be worth the price. A bit nervous because there have been some negative reviews, but so far I'm loving it. There is conflicting information about the warranty on the Amazon site, but hopefully any problems will be dealt with by the company. Doesn't need charging. I just leave it on the table next to my couch, and twice a day I just put on the mask, turn it on at the 8 setting, and relax for ten minutes. It then turns itself off automatically. Just what I needed to ease my dry eyes twice a day.

Works great. I like the "08" heat setting. Provides ten+ minutes of steady heat.

The heating mask is a fantastic and high-quality product. I've tried several others but this one is the best for severe dry eyes. After a few months using it, there was an issue with the cable but I wrote to the seller and they offered to replace it free of charge.
