Accurate and beautiful!

The scale is the easiest to use of any I've ever tried: 1. Adjusting units of measurement -- just turn the knob to change the unit of measurement, even when an item is already on the scale. No tapping and checking on small print to for a change from grams to ounces or other units! 2. Big black units show up on the screen -- so easy to read! 3. Tare function works amazingly -- just tap the button and the scale goes to zero. 4. And really easy to clean the glass platform. Where have you been all my life? (Been using food measuring scales for 30 years and this one is the best ever). Exceeds any and all expectations. I do not know if the dual platform scale has the same advantages.

I am so disappointed with this scale. It is not at all accurate, the number on the scale will keep fluctuating even if you are not adding or removing anything to it. When you hit the tare button, it sometimes doesn't go down to 0 and goes to 1 or 2 instead, even if you hit it multiple times. The numbers is on it just keep on changing randomly, it does not reflect that actual weight of what's on the scale. I bought this because I have many good KitchenAid products and wanted a reliable scale, but this isn't it. :(

It's a good scale, and appears quite accurate. Small enough for storage, but large enough for all around food/home kitchen use.

This is the most disappointing kitchen scale I’ve owned. It looks really nice and is easy to clean. Within the first several uses I began having trouble getting the measuring units to change, I would turn the knob and it would stay on the same unit of measurement. After several attempts it would finally change. Similarly I had issues with taring the scale out. Also had issues getting this scale to turn off. I think it’s an issue with the dial being cheaply made. I just purchased a new scale and hope it will serve me better.
