Overall, it is an excellent printer for those prioritizing quality, but running costs may not suit every budget.

Not worth buying
Don't buy, though the printer is good, service is terrible in Delhi which is the capital of the country. I can imagine services in other cities. The ink is really hard to get, only place from where I can source was their website and they don't care much about the delivery or shipping date, calling the support service for a simple demo also would be met with a rude reply. Terrible experience and bad choices made when I bought this printer

Gives an excellent print quality, but the price of the ink is excessively high. Think before you buy due to the high ink price.

Perfect A3 Color Printer
This printer is a must buy if you need A3 color printing. It’s multifunctional and works seamlessly. I can operate it directly from my phone and laptop without any wires. The printing experience is awesome and genuine. Ink is easily available both at their store and online, so there’s no hassle. Print quality is premium and definitely worth it.

Worst Experience – Epson L8180 & Amazon Both Disappointed
I purchased the Epson L8180 with high expectations, but it has been a complete disappointment. The print quality is not at all as advertised – colors look dull, black is faded, and prints are inconsistent. The printer consumes a lot of ink, yet the output is poor. Setup was difficult, and the machine keeps showing random errors even after firmware updates. Customer support from Epson was unhelpful – just standard replies and no real solution. Amazon delivery was late, and the packaging was not secure. For this price, I expected a reliable and professional printer, but it’s nothing close. Regret buying – waste of money and time. I do not recommend this product to anyone looking for a professional-quality printer.

Had been using it for almost an yr now. Already called in support team twice - to fix a sound issue and then some printing issues. It is not expected out of a premium product

Beast of a Printer!
Absolute beast! been using it for the last one year for my business and it doesnt dissapoints. The colors are crisp and dry quickly.
