Oats for Fitness
It is great product by muscleblaze, it has soya protein that's a catch tho, I would have preferred whey protein or any other protein sources to be added but maybe cost issue ig. Overall the product is good but it CAN'T be consumed without any sweetner it just so bitter but once you add sweetner ( sweetner of any kind) it tastes good, you can also add whey protein in it to make oats more protein rich. Summary:- GO for it if you plan is for fitness and well-being.

Don't buy.
If you hate finding small soya chunks in your oats then dont buy. the taste is alright until you find the small bits of soya chunks which ruin your appetite. But it is alright if u prepare it well. It does help you meet protein goals.

Why can't brands reduce the sweeteners and let us flavour it ourselves. Almost was a 5 star but fir that fact. I know it is for calorie limitation but I wish it was not there.
