Avoid LondonGrocery at all costs. I ordered 2 x Halal Fresh Wild Venison (800g) on 20th December, with the promise of One-Day Delivery, confirmed for 23rd December. Instead, I was notified at the last minute that it will now arrive on 27th December—seven days after ordering. This is completely unacceptable for perishable goods, especially from a company based in London. They sold me a product with a false delivery promise and have left me stranded, just before Christmas, without a critical part of my family’s festive meal. To make matters worse, there is no option to cancel the order, meaning I am stuck with useless meat arriving days too late. This company’s service is deceptive and unreliable. Their inability to meet delivery commitments shows a blatant disregard for their customers. If you’re considering ordering from them, don’t. Save yourself the stress and disappointment, especially if you need something time-sensitive. LondonGrocery has completely ruined my Christmas dinner plans, and I will never use them again. This kind of service is unforgivable—stay far away.
