This still works great it lowered my cholesterol big time this stuff really works I will be buying a lot more.

I thought buckwheat products might make me wretch because of the word "wheat." After researching, I discovered that buckwheat is not a grain at all. While I was waiting for the package to arrive, I bought Bob's Red Mill Buckwheat and had a meal of 1 cup buckwheat cooked in unsweetened almond milk, 3 chopped apples with skins, and walnuts - a very heart-healthy breakfast. No nausea or vomiting. I was able to tolerate it - and any grains except brown rice and corn I immediately reject. MY SYMPTOMS BEGAN DISSIPATING IMMEDIATELY, but did not entirely disappear, so the buckwheat alone helped my symptoms before the Cyruta arrived. I ordered a bottle of 360 Cyruta last night and it arrived this morning. I know the recommended dose is ONE pill 3 times per day, but I am to take only 2 pills the entire day, 3 tomorrow, etc until I work up to it. I want to be certain my stomach doesn't get upset. Amazon reviewers have posted good results with 3 pills 3 times a day - depends on your body and health needs. I will post an update later after I have completed the first bottle. I have great hopes for this product for my heart health, circulation and cholesterol. UPDATE: On March 1 the veins/arteries in my calves, thighs, arms, and the sides of both neck began to throb and tighten. My heart had acute pains so I went to the ER. They couldn't find any clots and the EKG was normal, but my heart and veins were still acting up. I didn't want to have a heart attack. I ordered this product and Amazing Formulas Nattokinase (also from Amazon) and took them faithfully. When I had an arterial and venous ultrasound 6 weeks later, over a month after taking the two products, there were no blockages, and over those 5 weeks the problems in my veins and arteries greatly diminished. I live a sedentary lifestyle, so I will continue taking.

I would order this again, but I would recommend seeing a specialist that knows this product so you know how much to take in order to be effective.
