I run at least 10k a day and this took my running game up so much it’s phenomenal but it’s not a miracle supplement. YOU have to put the WORK in. I went from 10 min miles to 8.49 min miles. Note I did change running shoes as well (Nike vapormax 3) but this definitely works and anyone complaining that it doesn’t simply wants the pills to do the work for them instead of the other way around. These supplement a workout phenomenally.

It does as promised. Although I know the VO2Max on my Garmin is just a baseline to go by, I have been stuck at a VO2M of 50 for months. Within 2 runs after taking OxyDrene, it is already up to 41! Posting screenshots to show proof!! It also says “increasing” after my run yesterday, which it has t said in a long time. It’s won me over already!! (Also, I am a 49 year old lifter and runner, so if it can help me at this he, that speaks volumes!!)

I love this product. I sleep so deeply , have more energy and my hair and nails are going so long and think. I even am starting to see a more youthful appearance.
