I tried one of those companies that tells you about the bacteria in your gut, and then comes up with a probiotic plan for you that they send you. I tried their probiotic for 6 months and after not feeling great I looked for a better option. The toniq probiotic has all of the strains that were mentioned I needed from the test I took. After 2 weeks on the toniq probiotics I started to really feel a change in my gut. And now I have been on them for over a year and wouldn't go back to anything else. The quality seems to be there, the lids are sealed, and they smell really good too. Doesn't taste bad either. They are not horse pills so if you do well with regular capsules, you should be able to swallow these fine. Its a good brand, we use a few other products and have had no issues with quality.

Improved bloating and digestion along with improved mental and physical well being. I take a half dose every morning. 200 Billion CFU is a massive dose. 100 billion is more than enough for me. That also makes the value of the product even better. Toniiq makes great supplements and this product is no exception.

Great product. I had to have several rounds of IV antibiotics. This probiotic helped tremendously with the side effects of those meds.
