I like this spurtle, it’s part of my sourdough accessories. It’s a good quality product. I use it mainly for mixing during starter feeding but I still have to scrape the sides of the jar with a silicone spurtle or a silicone spatula.

If you make sourdough bread, you need sourdough starter. And you need to feed it on the regular. If you maintain your starter in smaller batches in containers that are taller than they are wide, as I do, this little tool is heaven-sent. You can easily get your starter out when it’s time to mix, and just as easily stir your starter with it at feeding time. Good tools make for a good job; this is a good, simple tool, and should last you many, many happy loaves.

Very happy, high quality. Keep them looking and working great by oiling them every once in a while and don't leave sitting in water. These will last a life time with the proper care.
