Doesn't get hot enough
It's very small so it doesn't hold many towels. It also doesn't get hot in the time alloted before th time goes off. I've had to restart ot 3x just to get 8 small face cloths warm. It's definitely a wasted purchase. If I hadn't passed to return time frame, I would sent it back.
