The electrician said the fan was difficult to install. The drop from the ceiling is only 33Cm not enough to feel the fan working. No option to extend the drop. Once fitted you cannot reach the pull cord and our ceiling is very low. Really disappointed. I would have sent it back but not possible to repack the product in the original tissue paper and polythene.
