I was having some issues learning how to set everything up. I called customer support right as they were closing. Even though that is a very annoying thing for a customer to do, Dan was very polite and helpful with all of my questions. The next day, I headed to Chicago to film an MMA show over the weekend. My crew and I used the Eartec headsets for the first time and were immediately impressed with the quality and range. The headsets lasted the whole show and my crew and I were able to comfortably hear each other over the sound of the crowd. The very next day, I had to head down to Indianapolis to film a large dance recital. My partner and I decided to try the headsets again (without charging the batteries from the previous night) and the headsets lasted through the whole show! After impressing me with their range, quality, and battery life, I swear by this product and will likely purchase a few more headsets in the future!

Bought these for my theater department for the backstage to be able to communicate to each other. My tech crew LOVED them! They couldn't rave enough! Just be sure to charge them directly after each use. The battery wears out fairly quickly, but could easily last the full musical production.

Audio quality is a slight step down from the Telex system we had but much more convenient to use - greatly outweighs the loss in audio quality

We bought this for our 2019 major easter production for our media and sound team and backstage and inside and outside they worked flawlessly would not have gotten through program without them. in extreme loud conditions though it may be a little hard for people to hear you but just elevating your voice they hear you just fine. work the investment.
