This thing is Awesome!!
So far this camera is awesome! My son mounted it on my radio tower about 65 feet up,i used "VENTECH 100Ft PTZ Power Video & RS-485 Data Control Cable Professional Extension" and ALITOVE AC 100-240V to DC 12V 10A Power Supply because seems all negative reviews had to do with power issues, all the hookups and dvr connections went smoothly, the picture and zoom are beyond my expectations in every way, the night vision is beyond expectations as well, i can literally see a bug on my mailbox at 125 yards in the dark, a bunny rabbit all way to end of my drive 200 yards away and make out the pupils of his eye!, read a car tag at 200 yards in the dark.. this thing is like a telescope you can control from inside from your dvr, so far im giving it a 110% satisfaction rating as long as it holds up..i got the 3 year protection plan just in case. My son says it is like the "all seeing eye" on lord of the rings movie, i cant imagine the 50x they sell,id love to have that buy it,its worth every penny...i will post some photos later on

Stopped working after two months
Camera worked great when it was first installed. I used the supplied power transformer as suggested and ran 16 gauge wire for added protection against power loss. Great quality image day and night. I was really pleased with my purchase until the video was lost. Pan and tilt still work but no video to my VDR. I emailed the company for product support. I’ll update this review once I hear back from them.

Fantastic camera! But everyone needs to know...
I was about to return this camera because it had lines in the picture and it would not pan or tilt after dark. Come to find out it's not the camera's fault. Due to the power demand of the PTZ plus the high power IR LEDs it CAN NOT get enough power thru a standard video/power cable. The 2 power leads in the cable are only 21ga and just can't do it. One solution is to put the AC adapter near the camera (extension cord?). Another way is to run a 2 conductor, 18 ga wire from the AC adapter to the camera. The problem is not the size of the AC adapter but the undersized power leads in a video cable. So far I have not been able to find a video/power cable that has 18 ga power leads. I am impressed with the camera and especially the night vision. And I do not impress easily. BTW fixing the power problem also fixed the problem with lings in the picture.

Great price good quality video.
Great camera. The clarity is great, l can even read yard signs five houses away at night in total darkness. I have been using it for over a month now and l have not one negative to say about it. My house is at the end of the street and l can tell what kind of car is at the other end of the street 1/4 mile away. One problem l had with installation was the transformer that it came with would not operate the camera even after following all directions. The only way l could get it to work was by using one of the other transformers on my DVR. The transformer that came with the camera works with my other cameras but not with this one.

Automatic Preset Movment Unreliable
The feature to have the camera pan to preset locations automatically doesn't work well. After a few hours something happens and the camera starts going to the wrong spots.. like it lost track of its current position and then goes to the next preset location incorrectly. I tried to work with support on this issue but they blamed everything else other than the camera. they blamed cable length or gauge of wire causing not enough voltage for the camera. I used very premium wire and shortened it and it still has the issues, I even turned off infrared to lower the power the camera uses. Still didn't fix the issue. Moving the camera to random locations works fine but after using presets for a while it goes out of whack. Also sometimes camera gets stuck in up position, sometimes I am lucky enough for it to get unstuck itself, but sometimes I have to go up on my roof to manually force it to a position it will move again. When moving the camera manually by hand you can tell if it gets to the up position it will get stuck, something is wrong with the design.

A great buy for the price
I just purchased the PTZ analog (405-22X) not knowing if it would work with my setup. I had to replace a PTZ camera 10 to 12 years old with a bad servo motor. My 16 ch. Zmodo DVR 12 to 15 years old has, rs485 D1 H.264 9600 baud, so I thought I'd give it a try. I hooked it up to my DVR with a 100 foot spare cable that I had in the room with all the connections on it. It said in the directions not to do it this way. They want you to hook it up directly. I figured if it would work this way I could go out on my roof and just hook it up to my over the air TV antenna, which I did. It worked beyond my expectations left/right/up/down/focus and zoom. WOW !! OK, that night I waited for darkness to see if the infrared leds would work well. Once they came on and I had a black and white picture,I tried to move it left/right. It would not move and I had a bunch of interference lines. I was using the 12V 2Amp power supply that came with it. So I tried a 12v 3Amp and a 12v 5Amp power supply and it still did the same thing with wavy lines. The voltage drop was the cause. The next day I went into my garage attic and ran an extension cord up close to where the wires go out the side vent but keeping the 110 volt extension inside the garage. I bought a 12 volt extension cord 10 feet long to connect to the 12V 2Amp power supply supplied which has about 4 or 5 feet of wire on it. This gave me about 14 or 15 feet of 12V wire going to the camera instead of 100 feet. That night I tried it again and everything now works great. There must be a huge voltage drop in a 100 foot run. The manual says to keep the power supply close to the camera. Now I know why. One side note is that this camera does 36x not 22x zoom. A nice surprise for me. I'm rating it 5 stars even though I had to run an extension cord. I added 3 pictures.

I use the camera on the front of my house to check on my car. It has already paid for itself by identifying a vehicle that hit my car and didn't stop. The ability to rotate the camera and zoom is invaluable as I don't always park in the same place. My only criticism is that the image isn't as sharp as I would like. After-sales service from Sunba has been excellent and they provided a new camera module when the original failed. Robin P. , Technical Director at Sunba, helped enormously in identifying and resolving my problem.

After nine months of use, the picture deteriorated with horizontal streaks and horizontal lines appearing, and when it swung upward and stopped at an inappropriate position, it could not move up to the end, but I received a refund. Thanks.!

The 960H camera is bigger than expected. Can't speak about the camera performance as there are few issues to address before installation. These are (a) the camera has a two pin EU plug on its power charger (and no adapter included) (b) there are no accessories: no masonry fixing bolts/screws or wall plugs, 3 in 1 lead is not included. The wall mount bolts required at the top differ from those required at the bottom. There appears to be a difference between the power adapter voltage required: 4 amp on the power charger while the camera requires 2 amps (don't know if that makes a difference) shall find out shortly hopefully. I shall re: review once I get to test the device. Really, pleased with this device, in comparator to the other cameras I have it is has the sharpest image of all of them, with really vivid colours I've found the customer service to be really helpful and professional. They were more than willing to assist me with set up and troubleshooting controller issues. All round thumbs up.
